Having trouble with a download?

Include the public TikTok post link, the error message you saw, and your device and browser. Tell us whether you were trying to save a video, one photo, or a ZIP of photos. Do not send passwords, account credentials, or private content.

Before writing, check that the post is still public on TikTok and try loading it again. Expired download links can often be refreshed by reopening the post in LitTik. Our frequently asked questions and photo download help cover common issues.

Privacy questions

Describe your concern and include only the information needed to understand it. You can ask about how your information is handled or request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with your interaction with LitTik. See our Privacy page for details.

Content and copyright concerns

Include the original TikTok URL, the corresponding LitTik page if available, a description of the concern, and how we can reach you. If you are reporting someone else’s content, explain your relationship to it.

LitTik cannot change or remove the original post on TikTok. Concerns about the original post can also be raised through TikTok’s reporting tools.
